Every day, up to 100 people walk through our oncology and hematology clinic doors, facing the fight of their lives. Right now, our facilities are stretched to the limit but with your help, we can change that.

As the need for cancer care grows in our community a new dedicated Regional Cancer Centre is now vital to the care and treatment of patients.

Since 1991, Toowoomba Hospital Foundation has grown into one of the most respected and trusted local charities in the Darling Downs.

Every year with the support of our community we raise funds for the Darling Downs Health Service in aid of providing extra medical equipment, resources, patient care programs, research, and staff training to help our hospitals deliver better experiences for their patients and their families.

Connecting with our communities across the Darling Downs from as far west as Taroom and Wandoan to as south as Texas and Goondiwindi, we provide support to 29 hospitals and health service facilities.

Governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and made up of a passionate team of professionals, we make sure that 100% of all community donations go directly to where it’s needed most in the health service.

A bold statement, we know! Since our very beginning as a newly formed Hospital Foundation, we’ve built a strong business and social enterprise base which includes the Toowoomba Hospital Visitor Car Park, Wellbean Co, and the Clive Berghofer Toowoomba Hospital Accommodation. It’s through these businesses and social enterprises that we’re able to cover operational and administration costs, as well as raise vital funds for Darling Downs Health.
