Our Story
In January 2025 Monclive Clivia began their support to the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation in their fundraising for a Regional Cancer Centre.
Our Mission
Through the sale of the South African Clivias, the sale of a DVD package on the growing of the Clivias and the sale of a USB package on the deployment of Australians and Kiwis to Somalia, North Africa, all monies from these ventures goes to the formation of a Regional Cancer Centre in Toowoomba Qld.
Our Team
The Team comprises of Gary Conquest.
Gary has a small Clivia Nursery growing Clivias all year round. He also has prepared a DVD package on growing Clivias for Beginners comprising 2 DVDs and 2 CDs in the package.
Gary deployed to Somalia, North Africa in 1993 as part of the Australian Service Contingent UNOSOM assisting the United Nations in the movement control of people, food and water during the severe famine being experienced in the country. Gary's deployment lasted 9 months, first a six-month stint then a three-month term following the repatriation back to Australia of his replacement.
Both the DVD and USB packages are quite comprehensive in cntent.
